| General guidelines : |
- 1. Team size(2-4)
- 2. Utmost authenticity and discipline is expected from the teams.
- 3. The decision of the organizing committee will be binding.

| Round 1: (Elimination round) : |
- 1. Online questionnaire round.
- 2. (On unstop) Based on basic finance and accounting.
- 3. The quiz will consist of 20 questions.
- 4. Only the team lead shall attempt the quiz on behalf of the team.

| Round 2:(Elimination round) Dumb charades: |
- 1. Random financial terms will be assigned to one of the members of each to enact without using words.
- 2. The teams with maximum no. Of correct guesses qualify.

| Round 3:(final) Mock IPL Auction : |
- 1. Each team will be provided with some virtual money, which can be considered as the individual team budget.
- 2. Teams will have to bid for players and buy them.
- 3. AT ANY MOMENT OF THE GAME, Teams crossing the stipulated budget stand to be disqualified.
- 4. A structure has to be followed to make a team that will be announced then and there.
- 5. The players list will be provided and the points of players will be revealed only at the auction table. Unsold players will be put up again for auction in special conditions.
